Dynaric SI1 Specialty Strapping Machine

Dynaric SI1 Retractable Arch Strapping Machine

The SI1 is one of the most advanced retractable arch machines on the market today. Designed with two pneumatic retractable uprights, the unit allows for direct forward feeding of lumber, tubing, piping and sign posts onto the tabletop.

This unit is frequently used in situations where passing a product through the arch is awkward or impractical.

Also, it is very common to interface two or three SI1's together so that multiple straps are placed on the product simultaneously, streamlining the time required to secure the product.

Features of the SI1

High speed strapping at 24 straps/min.

Retractable arch allows long cumbersome products, such as mouldings, extruded aluminum products, door and window frames and furniture components, to be strapped in an easy, effiecient manner.

Optional side compression to keep your product square during the strapping process.

Can be incorporated to an in-line system for operatorless applications.

Self-diagnostic capabilities and various alarm functions promote safety and ease of operation.

Accepts 3/8" (9mm) or 1/2" (12mm) strapping.

An air nozzle with spiral hose attached to the SI1 allows users in heavy dust/particle environments to remove excess dirt and foreign bodies from within and around the sealing head, eliminating strapping jams and machine downtime.
