Axon EZ-100H Tamper-Evident Banding Applicator

The EZ-100H horizontal heat shrink tamper-evident band applicator (shown here with optional hopper system) is designed to sleeve small, unstable products that do not lend themselves to vertical sleeving at speeds up to 90 containers per minute. It can handle product container widths from 5/16" to 1-5/8" and sleeve layflats up to 70 mm.

The system includes a robust roller conveyor and integrated heat tunnel system. The unique roller conveyor design allows for product rotation during the shrink process for optimum shrink results.

This fully automatic, continuous motion tamper-evident banding machine utilizes minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon tamper-evident banding machinery, the EZ-100H Horizontal Band Applicator can be easily integrated with existing lines or we can design a complete system including shrink sleeve applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink heat tunnel.
