Shanklin Form-Fill Seal Shrink Wrappers

Fully automatic Shanklin form-fill seal machines are continuous motion horizontal sealers designed to wrap packages effortlessly and efficiently. Built for peak performance, durability, and versatility, each model includes numerous standard features and options that allow customization to application.

Models F-3 and F-4

These ruggedly built wrappers produce packages with trim seals on the leading and trailing ends of the package and a transparent overlay seam on the bottom. Their compact design allows them to integrate seamlessly into most product lines.

Features of the Shanklin F-3 and F-4 Models

Model F-3 - Features a belt infeed that accepts intermittently delivered and randomly spaced product, setting the correct spacing by controlling the infeed belt speeds. Capable of wrapping up to 50 packages per minute.
Model F-4 - Similar to the F-3, but features a flighted lug infeed conveyor that facilitates higher operating speeds. Can wrap up to 75 packages per minute.
Versatile - Handles irregular shapes. Product registration mode facilitates running of opaque films.
Solid Performance - Produces 50-75 packages per minute. (depending on application)
Easy to Use - Programmable controller with user-friendly touch-screen control panel for ease of set-up, operation and maintenance. Includes help diagnostics tool that automatically displays machine faults and corrective actions at the push of a button.
Easy Changeover - Adjustable product spacing and end seal placement accommodate product length and spacing changes for fast and simple product size changeover.
Safe - Electrical controls are UL-listed for meeting the highest safety standards./dd>
