DF117VTL Automatic Side Seal Commercial Printing Strapping Machine

The DF-117VTL is a state-of-the-art strapping machine designed for integration into the vertical signature stacker/bundlers currently being offered to the printing industry.

It can be specified as original equipment on new bundlers or retrofit into you existing stacker/bundlers to improve the reliability, reduce the downtime associated with your present strapper's and reduce your cost per signature log. Easy strap feeding and adjustable external tension controls allow signature logs to be strapped in a quick, efficient, reliable manner.

The DF-117VTL is micro-processor controlled and has been designed with short feed indication, a re-feed function, an anti-jamming feature, an audible end of strap warning signal, cycle counter, and self diagnostic capabilities.

This machine has adjustable heater temperature, seal time, feed time, and tensioning timer controls. These features, once costly optional items, are now designed into each unit as standard convenience features.
