Arpca Masters MTE-1200 Rollover, Fold and Tuck Style Tray Erector

The Masters MTE-1200 Series automatically erects trays with roll over folding flaps eliminating repetitive hand motion (carpel tunnel) at speeds up to 25 trays per minute. This flexible system is easy to adjust between sizes and will erect trays with strong stacking support. Ideal for bakery applications, telescoping trays, credit cards, and small hardware trays.

Heavy-duty welded construction 2.5" x 2.5" with .25" wall rectangular steel tubes.

Product magazine - adjustable for different sizes via ratchet handles and calibrated scales.

Positive vacuum pull-down system, together with heavy-duty, pneumatic components.

150 blank feed hopper - easy to load and adjust.

Easy adjustment between sizes.
